We've been playing Euromillions at AboutProperty for some time now, but all we've won thus far is a dull sense of regret and the nagging feeling that £2 might have been better spent.
But when our luck does come in, this property on the edge of Farnham will be high up on our dream house list.
Priced at £3.25m it has pretty much everything you could want, including a gym, sauna, swimming pool and six bedrooms.
Built just four years ago in May 2008, it is super modern and stylish.
Don't take our word for it though, feast your eyes on this:

As an entertaining space this conservatory is absolutely perfect and we imagine it is even more attractive during the day when flooded with natural light.
Encompassing over 6,000 sq ft this modern house is likely to offer you the space you need, but by opening up a large portion of the back of the house the whole structure has been made to feel even bigger:

The pool and beautiful secluded gardens sit beneath impressive glass balustrade balconies and terraces.
When your guests arrive they will come through a gated entrance and snake their way up a gravel driveway.
Open entering the house they will be struck by the stunning reception hall and its bespoke Travertine stone and glass staircase, which opens onto a series of interconnecting living spaces.
The individually designed kitchen, dining and drawing rooms link through with the gardens via wall-to-wall bi-folding doors.

The kitchen has black gloss fitted units finished with black granite work surfaces, feature lighting and a huge centre island. But you can probably see all that.
One thing that might not be immediately obvious is that there are three ovens and two wine fridges. This place is made for partying.
The dining room seats 24 people, but we'd recommend a barbeque outside.
Just because this house has great entertaining space, doesn't mean it can't also make a good family home.
There are six double bedrooms, all on the first floor and with vaulted ceilings and concealed lighting.
The master bedroom has a dressing room and Travertine stone bathroom, a double bath overlooking the balcony and a glass double shower.
Two of the other bedrooms are also en-suite.

So those are the bedrooms, back to the entertaining space.
The snooker room has a bar and opens through to a cinema room with surround sound. That sentence just sounds all kinds of amazing, so here's a picture:

We like. There's also a sauna and a gym.
The drawing room is pretty nice too; we especially like the high ceilings, which give the impression of space. Mainly because there's lots of space.

There's under floor heating throughout and the electronic entrance gates are linked to a security camera system.
Not that you'd need to worry too much about being in a rough neighbourhood. The house is in a small village on the southern fringes of Farnham in Surrey, right by a golf club.
Farnham itself has got a good range of shops and recreational facilities (it's got a Waitrose, obviously).
You're also not too far from Guildford for shopping and have easy access to London via the M3 and M25.
Although why you'd want to go there when you could be relaxing by your heated pool, we don't know.
