Property buyers could purchase real estate for as little as £15,000 at the Property Investor Show's live auction in London.
Up to 200 lots are expected to be sold at the auction which will be conducted by Graham Penny, who is featured regularly on BBC One's daytime TV show Homes Under the Hammer.
Prospective buyers are free to bid on a vast catalogue of properties, with guide prices ranging from £15,000 for an Ayrshire flat to a five-bedroom £285,000 home.
Mark Pilling from Mustbesold.com, which is staging the auction, said: "In the UK, property sales take on average three months to complete but many of those who buy at auction complete the sale within just a few weeks.
"The Property Investor Show is the largest single forum for property investors with approximately 9,000 attending, and therefore provides our clients with a great opportunity to showcase their properties, and benefit from the additional marketing."
If you are interested in attending the Property Investor Show and OPP Live at ExCeL London, you should register for a free e-ticket. You can then book places at seminars on the 'seminars' section of the website.
The auction is running at the show from Thursday October 14th to Saturday October 16th. To bid for property, prospective buyers must register either on the day or online.
